Rohit Kapoor (Director) Bachelors in Commercial Studies from the University of North-West London. He joined the family business in 1981. With his great entrepreneurial spirit, zeal for new ventures, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills has been a pioneer in growing the business multi-fold. Under his vision and leadership, Trikausch has seen the launch and success of it's Energy and Transport Verticals. Varun Kapoor (Director) Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University He joined the family business in 1991. With the desire and potential to scale new heights, he has been an integral part of developing the business, and introducing and promoting new technologies in the market and co-setting up the Transport Vertical for the company. As the 2nd generation entrepreneur of the family held business, he is constantly involved in identifying new opportunities for growth and development. Saahil Kapoor (Business Executive) Masters in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, USA Bachelors in Economics from Delhi University He rejoined the family business as the 3rd generation entrepreneur in 2012. Ever since, he has been involved in expansion via organic growth for the Energy and Transport business verticals and identifying new profitable ventures for expansion by diversification. Prior to Trikausch, he worked with a leading Retail Consultancy firm and was involved with formulating 'India entry' strategy for Clients. He also worked on ad-hoc consultancy projects aimed at business expansion.
